Midcentury glam Parker Palm Springs wedding

It’s been a minute since we’ve shared a Palm Springs wedding here but today’s feature reminds us why we love them so. With the help of coordinator After the Engagement, Courtney + Scott blended tradition with modern, glamour with play, and midcentury with classic, to craft a truly inspired Parker Palm Springs wedding. Think bride in a classic Monique Lhuillier, lush garden ceremony, a romantic reception under the stars… all followed by an epic dance party illuminated by neon. Our 100 Layer Cake Vendor Guide Member Let’s Frolic Together captured it all beautifully below!

An Iconic Wedding Venue

The luxury boutique hotel and spa, Parker Palm Springs, has been a coveted wedding venue for as long as we can remember whether it’s for a spontaneous elopement or over-the-top affair. Couples love taking wedding portraits among its iconic facade, lush gardens, and impeccably decorated interior. Courtney + Scott hosted their ceremony in one of the private gardens, with the reception in another garden surrounded by tall hedges and palm trees. Later (as you’ll see below!) they migrated with guests to the midcentury ballroom for a dance party under neon lights.

Such a sweet father-daughter first look moment!

Our groom’s look from Hall Madden included a cream suit jacket with black pants and bowtie.

Guests took their seats with charming fans to beat the heat as they watched the bride and groom surrounded by babies breath florals. Looks like a hidden getaway from the surrounding desert!

Floral designer The Lavender Rose combined lavender and blush garden roses with trailing white orchids for a dreamy spring inspired bridal bouquet.

A Glam Reception with Playful Details

For the garden reception, tablescapes surrounded by Parker’s gorgeous bougainvillea welcomed guests while the couple took their seats at a glamorous sweetheart table outfitted with a double peacock chair, babies breath, roses, and candles galore. To personalize the day and add a touch of playfulness, the couple chose a custom seating chart with different icons directing guests to their seat. The table “numbers” were fun illustrations representing the couple’s story.

These two looked like Hollywood royalty on their grand entrance!

They channeled the babies breath details through to the very end with a classic wedding cake wrapped in these soft blooms.

Once it was time to get the party started, guests grabbed their glow sticks and hit the dance floor!

Last but most certainly not least, Courtney rocked the cutest Cult Gaia feather mini dress for the party (also available in pink!)

Such a beautiful day full of glamour and romance. Cheers to the happy couple!
